DOHA 05 July 2023 — The Philippine Embassy in the State of Qatar, led by H.E. Ambassador Lillibeth V. Pono, joined Filipino Muslims in Doha in the commemoration of Eid al-Adha on 28 June 2023.
In her remarks, Ambassador Pono enjoined members of the community to inspire and empower each other for the promotion of selflessness, peace, mutual respect, equality, and charity.

DOHA 4 July 2023 – Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar H.E. Lillibeth V. Pono met with H.E. Khalifa bin Jassim Al-Kuwari, Director General of Qatar Fund for Development, on 26 June 2023.
The two officials exchanged views on issues of mutual concern, including ways to further enhance bilateral cooperation in the future.
Ambassador Pono also thanked QFFD for its previous humanitarian assistance to the Philippines, including the provision of relief to victims of Typhoon Paeng in May 2023.

DOHA 10 May 2023 - Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar H.E. Lillibeth V. Pono met with State Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi on 09 May 2023 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Doha.
The two officials exchanged views on issues of mutual concern, including ways to further strengthen existing bilateral relations.

DOHA 27 June 2023 — Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar H.E. Lillibeth V. Pono, along with other Embassy officials, visited the National Museum of Qatar (NMOQ) on 26 May 2023 and the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) on 16 June 2023.
The NMOQ traces Qatar’s natural history and the culture of its people throughout the ages, while the MIA houses one of the world’s most extensive collections of Islamic art spanning over a millennium.
