DOHA 13 April 2025 — The Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI) of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in the State of Qatar formally initialized the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) for #Halalan2025 on 13 April 2025 at the Doha OV Precinct.
Witnessed by civilians and election observers, the initialization of the OVCS marked the beginning of the 30-day online voting period, which will last until 12 May 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (Qatar time).
Registered and enrolled voters in the State of Qatar may now cast their votes online for the 2025 National Elections — the first in the history of overseas voting — at ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote.
Technical issues and concerns may be referred to the Doha OV Precinct at the Embassy Chancery. The Doha OV Precinct is open throughout the 30-day voting period, including holidays and weekends, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
