VISA REQUIREMENTS:

1. Personal appearance of the applicant.
2. Before the personal appearance, applicant has to duly accomplish the visa application form.
   
3. Presentation of original Passport/Travel Document and submission of photocopies of passport’s data page. Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months  or validity is beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;
   
4. Round-trip ticket and hotel (booking only copy of travel itinerary or prospective (not confirmed) flight details in the Philippines including return or onward journey to the next port of destination).
5. Photocopy of Qatar Residence ID/Permit (must be at least 3 months valid);
   
6. Letter of Guarantee from employer/sponsor, which should include details such as position, salary, validity of current employment contract, and no objection to the applicant’s planned travel to PH (duly signed by authorized signatory);
   
7. Computer ID of Company;
   
8. Proof of financial capacity through submission of bank statement showing monthly balances for the past 6 months;
   
9. Submission of two (2) ID photos  (2 x 2 size, white background) taken within the last 6 months;
   
10. Other supporting documents which may be required, such as police clearance, invitation letter, and marriage contract, as the case may be.
    
11. For Recruitment purposes, submission of a job order and recruitment agreement (demand letter) duly verified by the Philippine Labor Office (POLO) – Qatar, and a certification issued by POLO.

Reminders:

• Applications should be submitted 30 days before the intended departure to the Philippines.
• The Embassy will not hasten the visa processing to accommodate the applicant's flight schedule.
• Processing of visa applications takes ten (10) working days after the receipt of COMPLETE requirements, EXCEPT for visa-required nationals for whom prior authority from the Department of Foreign Affairs is required for issuance of visas. 
• Incomplete visa applications will NOT be processed.
• The Visa Officer reserves the right to request additional documents from the applicant.
• In case of a temporary visitor's entry visa holder whose stay in the Philippines will exceed the authorized period of stay, he/she will have to report to the Bureau of Immigration in the Philippines, secure an extension of stay, and pay the corresponding immigration fees. The maximum period of stay given at the port of entry by the Bureau of Immigration is 59 days.
