The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Doha informs the public that it will conduct the initialization of the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) for the 2025 National Elections on 13 April 2025, at 8:00 a.m. (Qatar time).
 
All concerned parties or organizations are invited to witness the initialization of the OVCS. Attendees must bring a valid proof of identification. Due to space limitations, priority will be given to accredited watchers, observers, and media personnel.
