DOHA 20 November 2023 — Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar H.E. Lillibeth V. Pono was the guest of honor at the 18th Annual Conference, Technical Seminar and General Membership Meeting of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines-State of Qatar Chapter (IIEE-SQC) on 17 November 2023.
Ambassador Pono expressed satisfaction that Filipino professional groups such as the IIEE-SQC Chapter regularly undertake learning and outreach activities to make sure that they remain at par with the world’s best.
“These activities are crucial in helping realize the Philippine government's immediate development agenda of promoting advanced research and development, technology, and innovation, particularly in the field of engineering,” she said.
