DOHA 03 June 2025 — Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar, His Excellency Mardomel Celo D. Melicor, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Ibrahim Yousif Abdullah Fakhro, Director of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of the State of Qatar, on 03 June 2025.

The two officials exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual concern.
