Requirements for legal capacity to contract marriage
(for a Filipino national marrying a foreign national)
Certificate of No Record of Marriage (CENOMAR) issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) and duly authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs – present original and one photocopy
Birth Certificate issued by NSO and duly authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs – present original and one photocopy
One (1) photocopy each of the passport of the contracting parties with their personal details and signature
Affidavit of Intent to Marry
