- Contracting parties should be BOTH Filipino citizens;
- Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) from Phil. Statistics Authority (PSA) duly authenticated by DFA-PH (Red Ribbon) - Original and four (4) copies;
- Birth Certificate of both contracting parties from DFA-Manila (Red Ribbon) - Original and four (4) copies;
- Photo and Signature page of Passport - four (4) copies each;
- Six pieces photos passport size of both contracting parties;
- Letter of No Objection to Marry issued by the employers of both parties;
- Joint Affidavit of Intention to get married executed by contracting parties to be notarized by the Embassy;
- Wedding Announcement/Notice to be posted for a minimum of ten (10) working days prior to the wedding date;
- Application for Marriage License (Munnicipal Form No. 90) issued by the Philippine Embassy

11. If the contracting party is below 25 years old, submit: Affidavit of Consent issued/signed by the parent/s of both contracting parties, to be notarized by the Philippine Embassy where the parent is residing abroad. If parent is in the Philippines, it should be notarized by Notary Public then authenticated (Red Ribbon) by DFA-Manila. Original and four (4) photocopies;
12. If the contracting party is annulled, submit Annotated Marriage Certificate from PSA duly authenticated by the DFA-PH and original court decision. Original and four (4) photocopies;
13. If the contracting party is a widow/er, submit Marriage Certificate and Death Certificate of spouse, both PSA duly authenticated by the DFA-PH. Original and four (4) photocopies.
