Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar H.E. Lillibeth V. Pono met with Ministry of Commerce and Industry Undersecretary H.E. Sultan Bin Rashid Al-Khater on 31 May 2023.
The two officials discussed ways to enhance existing bilateral trade relations and explore opportunities for the promotion of mutual investments.

DOHA 18 May 2023 – In her capacity as Chairperson, Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar H.E. Lillibeth V. Pono presided over the 68th meeting of the ASEAN Committee in Doha today at the Al Dana Club.
The meeting outlined the Committee’s programs and activities for 2023 in light of the Committee’s objectives of sustaining cooperation with the State of Qatar and operationalizing the vision of shared prosperity, peace, and security between and among members of the regional bloc.

DOHA 30 April 2023 – In remarks delivered at the opening of a seminar for Filipino architects in Doha on 28 April 2023, Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar H.E. Lillibeth V. Pono reiterated the Philippine Government’s agenda of establishing livable communities within the framework of the Philippines’ long-term vision of all Filipinos enjoying a strongly rooted, comfortable, and secure life by 2040.
