Notice of Canvassing of Votes for #Halalan2025
The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Doha invites all concerned parties and organizations to witness the canvassing of votes for #Halalan2025 at the Embassy Chancery on 12 May 2025, Monday, at 2:00 p.m. (Qatar time).
Those who intend to attend may send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject: Canvassing of Votes.
Due to space restrictions, priority will be given to accredited watchers, observers, and media personnel.
Attendees are required to bring valid proof of identification.

The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in the State of Qatar informs the public of an update to its #Halalan2025 hotline.

The Doha OV Precinct is open throughout the 30-day voting period (13 April to 12 May 2025), including holidays and weekends, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
PASSPORT APPOINTMENT
NOTE: Bring printed copies of the completed passport application form and all necessary requirements on the day of your appointment.
PASSPORT RELEASING

Requirements for passport releasing:
1. Personal appearance. Otherwise, bring an authorization letter.
2. Old/previous passport
