Online Voting and Counting System for Filipino Overseas Voters in the State of Qatar
Registered Filipino overseas voters in the State of Qatar may vote online in the 12 May 2025 elections.
To participate, you must be pre-enrolled as an online voter. Pre-enrolment for online voting via the COMELEC Voting Portal is from 10 March to 07 May 2025.
The 30-day overseas voting period is from 13 April 2025 until 12 May 2025, at 7:00 p.m. (Manila time; 2:00 p.m. Qatar time).

Embassy Advisory: eTravel Registration
The general public is advised that registration for eTravel — the digital single data collection platform for passengers arriving in and departing from the Philippines — is exclusively through etravel.gov.ph.
Registration is free of charge.
Please be aware of and avoid any other websites or services claiming to offer eTravel registration for a fee.
