Notice of Initialization of Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS), 12 April 2025
The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Doha informs the public that it will conduct the initialization of the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) for the 2025 National Elections on 13 April 2025, at 8:00 a.m. (Qatar time).
All concerned parties or organizations are invited to witness the initialization of the OVCS. Attendees must bring a valid proof of identification. Due to space limitations, priority will be given to accredited watchers, observers, and media personnel.
PASSPORT APPOINTMENT
NOTE: Bring printed copies of the completed passport application form and all necessary requirements on the day of your appointment.
PASSPORT RELEASING
To check if your passport is ready for release, please use the Philippine Embassy in Qatar Passport Releasing Page.
Requirements for passport releasing:
1. Personal appearance. Otherwise, bring an authorization letter.
2. Old/previous passport
3. Receipt
