Embassy Advisory: Temporary Closure on All Saints’ Day and Bonifacio Day, 02 and 30 November 2023
The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines will be closed to the general public on 02 November 2023 in observance of All Saints’ Day and on 30 November 2023 in observance of Bonifacio Day.
The Embassy will remain open on 01 November 2023.

Reminder on the Deadline for Voter Registration for the 2025 National Elections
The Philippine Embassy in Doha advises all Filipinos in the State of Qatar that the deadline for the registration to vote in the 2025 National Elections is on 30 September 2024.
To register as a new voter, update your address or other personal details, check your registration status, or reactivate your voter record, please visit the Philippine Embassy in Doha from Sundays through Thursdays, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
PASSPORT APPOINTMENT
NOTE: Bring printed copies of the completed passport application form and all necessary requirements on the day of your appointment.

Requirements for passport releasing:
1. Personal appearance. Otherwise, bring an authorization letter.
2. Old/previous passport
3. Receipt
