The Philippine Embassy in Doha joins the National Coast Watch System and the entire nation in the observance this September of the Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANA Mo).

Created by virtue of Proclamation No. 316 in 2017, MANA Mo aims to raise national consciousness on maritime and archipelagic issues and policies in the Philippines.

MANA Mo coincides with the commemoration of International Coastal Clean-up Day every third Saturday of September, National Maritime Day every last Friday of September, and Fish Conservation Week every third week of September.
