Ocampo, titled “Apolinario Mabini: Conscience of the First Republic.” The lecture will be held on 23 July 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Qatar time) to be live-streamed on the official Facebook page of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
