Starting 13 April 2013 the Philippine Embassy in Doha, Qatar shall begin accepting overseas voters under its jurisdiction, including those who failed to vote in the 2007 and 2010 elections (per COMELEC’s decree), to vote for the 2013 National Elections. Voting period runs for one month, daily from 8:30am – 4:30pm, from 13 April 2013 – 13 May 2013.

Voters are enjoined to check their names in the Certified List of Voters posted at this website.

Voters should come personally to the Philippine Embassy in Doha to cast their vote. They are advised to bring their QIDs or copies of their passports for identification purposes. And, they are encouraged to vote early and not wait for the last day, 13 May 2013, when voting would only be up to 2:00 p.m.
