DOHA 22 September 2023 — Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar H.E. Lillibeth V. Pono delivered the keynote address during the 4th General Membership Assembly of the United Architects of the Philippines-Qatar Chapter on 15 September 2023.

In her speech, Ambassador Pono lauded efforts to expand the discourse on the role of women in the field of construction. She also highlighted the comprehensive physical and socioeconomic planning at both national and regional levels that forms an integral part of the Philippine development framework.
