DOHA 13 September 2023 — The Bureau of the Treasury, led by National Treasurer Rosalia V. De Leon, together with partner banks and the Philippine Embassy in the State of Qatar, organized a financial literacy session on the National Government’s retail instruments on 09 September 2023.

Participated in by expatriate Filipinos in Doha, the event provided an overview of the Philippine macroeconomic situation, review of previous retail bonds, and a discussion of the Philippine Government’s upcoming Retail Dollar Bond 2 (RDB2) offering.
