Doha, 17 March 2017– ASEAN Heads of Mission together with their spouses warmly welcomes new Philippine Ambassador to Qatar H.E. Alan L. Timbayan during the annual ASEAN Committee in Doha (ACD) Family Day held at the Barzan Park. Prior to this, Ambassador Timbayan also called on the six ACD top diplomats at their respective chanceries to discuss matters of mutual interest and personally thank them for their country’s support of the Philippines chairmanship of ASEAN this year.
